Eirik Lunde joined Melberg Partners in 2004 and his experience lies within transactions, commercialization and asset valuation analysis within the energy industry.
Prior to joining the Melberg team, Eirik was a financial consultant with KPMG Consulting in London, serving blue chip companies with financial management advisory.

Christian H. Andreassen has been with Melberg Partners since 2005. His expertise includes Corporate and Asset Valuations, Financial Analysis, Operational Improvement and Financial Management.
Christian has industry experience from Schlumberger, where he held various positions within Tax, Finance and Business Analyses. He also served 5 years as Finance Manager with Halliburton (Landmark Graphics)

Kristian Nilssen joined Melberg Partners in 2008. His experience lies within commercial transactions and valuation analysis in the oil and gas business.
Kristian Nilssen is coming from the position as Business Development Coordinator in ConocoPhillips Norge. Kristian also has experience as Advisor for the Norwegian Oil Taxation Office.

Kristoffer Gjerland joined Melberg Partners in 2013. His experience lies within Commercial Analysis and Business Development in the E&P industry.
Kristoffer has more than six years of industry experience from Statoil, where he held various positions within Project Control, Commercial Analysis and Business Development.
Kristoffer graduated with a Master of Science (Siviløkonom) from NHH and a CEMS Master in International Management from NHH and University of Cologne in 2007.

Sigbjørn Seland joined Melberg Partners in 2014. His experience lies within commercial analysis, negotiations and energy market analysis.
Sigbjørn has experience from commercial negotiations and economical analysis in Norway and Denmark, in addition to extensive energy market analysis knowledge from Statoil, where he held various positions with responsibilities ranging from long-term market analysis and project support to short-term trading analysis.
Sigbjørn graduated with a Master of Science (Siviløkonom) degree from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) in 2009.

Kim Erlend H. Kvalsund joined the Melberg Partners team in 2017. His experience lies within petroleum economics, business analysis and commercial negotiations.
Prior to joining the Melberg team, Kim Erlend specialized at E&P economics as a senior business analyst and equity partner at ECON Consulting Group. He has also been part of Aker Solutions’ management trainee programme.
Kim Erlend graduated with a distinguished Master in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in 2012.

Jens Erich joined Melberg Partners in 2018. His experience includes financial modelling, valuation, market studies, strategic assessments and project management.
Prior to joining Melberg Partners, Jens Erich worked as an analyst at Nansen Capital Partners. Jens Erich has also worked as an equity research analyst at Sparebank 1 Markets covering global oil markets and listed E&P companies. He joined Sparebank 1 Markets after having spent the first 4 years of his professional career at PwC Consulting.
Jens Erich holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the Norwegian School of Science and Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Stavanger. Jens Erich is currently a CFA Level 2 candidate.

Thomas H. Drange joined the Melberg Partners team in 2018. His experience includes Corporate and Asset valuations, Financial modelling, Corporate Finance and Financial due diligence services.
Prior to joining Melberg Partners, Thomas worked as a Senior Associate in PwC Deals in Stavanger for four years. Previous work includes audit, valuation & modelling, transaction services and corporate finance. Thomas has predominantly worked with O&G related clients.
Thomas holds a MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and a BSc in Business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Mr. Sund is an independent advisor in the Finance, E&P and Shipping sector. He has broad international Board experience within the Shipping, Finance and E&P sector.
He served as the CEO of the A.Wilhelmsen Group and also as CEO/Chairman of the listed Awilco Offshore/Shipping for 8 years. He co-founded the PE fund Energy Ventures and also served as Chairman there for five years.
Mr. Sund has also worked for Chevron-Texaco and later joined the Swedish bank SEB and served as a Director of Corporate Finance there for five years. Mr Sund has also been board member of Ferd Holding AS for several years and has various other Chairman/directorships.
Sund is educated from the Royal Naval Academy, the Norwegian School of Economy and finance (BI) and Harvard Business School (PMD).
